BOM & lifecycle review
Send a current BOM and we return a short report: obsolete lines, single-source risks, second-source candidates and the cost of switching. It is not an audit — it is the review a buyer would do before signing a production order.
Supplier qualification
For parts bought outside authorised distribution we document the chain and inspect on arrival: labels, packaging, date codes and, where useful, X-ray or decapsulation through a partner lab in southern Germany.
